Agreement to Terms

By using our site, booking a discovery call, or engaging Modintergrations for automation services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our services are provided primarily on a custom setup and/or monthly maintenance model.

Intellectual Property

Every workflow or infrastructure setup we build for you remains exclusively yours upon completion and final payment. We design these systems so that you are never locked into our services and maintain full sovereignty over your code.

Cancellations and Pauses

We require exactly zero strings attached. If you decide to cancel an ongoing maintenance or hosting agreement, you may do so at any time with 30 days notice. All workflow configurations and code will be permanently transitioned into your sole custody.
